Account Information: Username, email address, and encrypted password when you register.

Location Data: Your device's GPS coordinates while the Game is active, used to deliver location-based gameplay events and determine proximity to other players and in-game objects.

Game Activity: Commands, messages, and interactions within the Game, including conversations with AI-powered NPCs.

Device Information: Push notification tokens for delivering game alerts.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To determine your in-game position and nearby players/objects
• To send push notifications about game events
• To generate AI-powered NPC responses relevant to your interactions

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• OpenAI: Game conversations may be processed by OpenAI's API to generate NPC responses. Messages sent to NPCs are transmitted to OpenAI for processing.
• Apple Push Notification Service: For delivering game notifications to your device.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers we operate. We use encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and implement reasonable security measures. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

Account and game data is retained while your account is active. Location data is updated in real-time and not stored historically. Game messages are retained for gameplay continuity.

6. Your Rights

• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Stop location sharing by revoking location permissions on your device
• Contact us to request a copy of your personal data

7. Children's Privacy

The Game is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
